Our web site offers three routes to purchasing your goods. Making a purchase is easy.
How to order from this site
Payment Methods
Click the type of product (eg. Pipes) you wish to purchase.
Find the product(s) you wish to purchase from that section.
You will be given the option of viewing a larger image and more details for that product, simply click on the product to view.
For each product, select the options you require (if applicable), the quantity you require, then click the 'Add to Basket' button. A page will be shown ('View Basket and Checkout') containing the product(s) you wish to purchase.
After you have finished your shopping, click on the 'VIEW BASKET' button near the top of the page.
At the 'View Basket and Checkout' page, make sure the basket contains the products you wish to order, then click on the 'Checkout Now' button.
At the checkout page, make sure the product details are correct, fill in your details (such as address and so on) or enter your email address if you are a returning customer, and click the 'Continue' button.
You will now be taken to the Valitor Secure Server and you should continue to submit any details that you are asked for including Credit/Debit Card information.
All orders are transmitted on a secure server (SSL), so your credit card details cannot be seen or tampered with by anyone.

Payments can be made over the internet through Valitor. This securely process card payments via mail order using their Virtual Terminal.
All prices listed on this site are inclusive of VAT where applicable at the current rate set by HMRC. All U.K duty and taxes have been paid on all items listed on this site where applicable and this is reflected in the listed price. Brucciani (Carlisle) Limited maintains, that by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our conditions of sale, having read them.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or supply to ourselves has been restricted, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any products/services ordered. All products are sold subject to availability. If you would like to check availability of an item please contact us in advance. Illustrations, pictures and descriptions are for guidance only, products and features may vary to a reasonable extent. If an item is out of stock customers shall be contacted in less than 24 hrs (excluding Sunday’s and Bank Holidays) and given the option to Alter, Cancel or Delay their order to their own preference.
We happily accept credit card payment on the following cards - Master Card (Eurocard), Visa, Visa delta and Switch. Please enter your card number, valid from date and expiry date on the order form. For Switch cards we also require the card Issue number. Your card will then be debited with the cost of your order on the day of despatch.
FIRST CLASS: Standard un-tracked delivery service. 98% of parcels are delivered within 2 working days. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days. Insured value £20.00.
SPECIAL DELIVERY: Guaranteed, fully tracked next working day delivery to specified address before 4pm. A signature will be required upon receipt of your parcel. Insured value £500.00.
We aim to process and post your orders within 1-2 working days (most of our orders if received before 2pm are posted the same day). We do not post orders out on a Weekend (Saturday/Sunday) only Monday to Friday. For orders dispatched by Royal Mail First Class, for Mainland UK, Highland and Isles of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands, Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcels in two or three working days, including Saturdays.
Orders posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery received before 2pm will normally be dispatched the same day. Currently Royal Mail aim to deliver Special Delivery parcels before 4.00pm the next working day.
Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made in writing within two days of delivery. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.
Postage charge depends on the total weight of your order and shipping destination. Shipping is calculated in the checkout section prior to entering any payment details.
Unfortunately due to the nature of tobacco products we cannot accept returns for items incorrectly ordered.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase of 'non-tobacco' items, Brucciani (Carlisle) Limited in most cases will be happy to offer a suitable exchange or a refund.
Customers must contact Brucciani (Carlisle) Limited before sending any items. This initial contact may prevent any unnecessary returns.
If the items you receive are faulty or you have simply changed your mind about any item in your order and you wish to return it you can do so provided that you inform us within 7 days of receipt in line with Distance Selling Regulations. Once you have informed us that you wish to return goods under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 28 days to do so at your own expense.
The goods must be returned with the original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition at the customers expense within the seven days. If the order has been dispatched the delivery costs will not be refunded.
Please note where an item is not faulty we will charge a 5% re-stocking fee to cover costs incurred to ourselves.
Once any returned items are received at Brucciani (Carlisle) Limited we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
